Project Description

RKAI was the lead design architect and architect of record, providing CCE 911 with new facilities to replace an obsolete dispatch center.

Key components of the project included building on the existing site and maintaining full operation of existing antennae and facilities throughout construction, noise impact of new facilities on adjacent resident properties and adherence to critical facility design criteria while maintaining a tight construction budget.

The project scope consisted of programming, site design, building design, engineering and construction progress monitoring for a state of the art new facility.
