When Digital Realty moved into the St. Louis market they needed to perform a complete renovation of their property at 210 North Tucker. Part of the overall data center project was to build out a space to define the Digital Realty image in St. Louis. RKAI worked to help craft new Design Guidelines that would create a state of the art corporate office.

RKAI provided full services for the project from Field Verification thru Construction Administration and art creation and selection. The project incorporated both executive offices and an open work environment along with a gallery to display the history of Digital Realty. In the central building lobby a greeting area was created that lead directly into the new suite. There was a large conference room with state of the art communication and a couple smaller sales conference rooms. There were also standard uses such as offices for swing use, copy rooms, break rooms and storage areas.

The project involves retrofitting (services and space) into an existing building located in downtown St. Louis.

The focus is on:

  • Inducing the corporate image into the St. Louis Offices
  • Privacy / security for clients and employees
  • Building Space to house the physical components for data processing and storage
  • General building improvement
